Meet Bonne Wersel
|
Bonne's philosophy for her business is most important. She feels people buy homes for lots of reasons-but nearly everyone wants the same thing; a home they love that they can live in comfortably and that contains the features they want, in a location they like, at a price they can afford. Fulfilling those desires is not always an easy job. But by taking the time to guide a buyer or a seller through each step and process, means keeping a client and hopefully gaining new friends.
As a member of Marketing Masters she is with 19 of the county's Top Real Estate professionals networking every Monday morning and has been proud to be a part of Diablo Magazine's "Women of the Year" the last four years.
Bonne represents buyers and sellers of executive homes, condos, starter homes and million dollar estates. She understands the needs of young families, first-time buyers, move-up buyers and empty nesters.
She and her family have enjoyed being relocated to the East Bay for the last 19 years and now call it home.
She has been actively involved in her children's schools, National Charity League with her daughter, coaching soccer, and watching her children's participation in almost every sport in the valley.
